Chelsea is another amazing member of the Londonderry, NH Class of 2015. I met her in August to capture her portraits before she started her senior year.
Chelsea was a little bit shy when we first started her session, as are most of my clients of all ages! I think she was worried that the session was going to feel awkward or that she wasn't going to like the way she looked in the images. By the end of the session, she had relaxed and was having a great time.
She loved so many of the final images that I had to help her select the one for her yearbook. Finding the perfect image is one of my favorite parts—I love to help!
I personally love them all, but the one of her standing in her dress among the trees is so beautiful and classic, yet just a little bit different. And it's the one that Chelsea wound up choosing for her yearbook photo. Her pose screams sophisticated, yet the fading sunlight and the apple orchard remind you she's also a young adult with the world at her fingertips. This time of day, when the sunlight is fading and the sun is about to set, creates the most beautiful light and is when I try to schedule most of my sessions.
Thank you, Chelsea, for choosing me to be your partner in creating your senior portrait. I hope you are enjoying the last few months of your senior year, and I know you will do great things in the future!
